Short answers about points, tiers and checkout.

When do I get my points?

Order points are added about 30 days after your order ships, once the return window has closed. Your 500-point welcome bonus comes with your first order. Points for reviews, posts and your birthday are added within a few days.

How do I use my points?

Your points are store credit. Sign in, go to checkout and tap “Apply store credit”. Every 100 points take €1 off, and your full balance is applied at once.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Each batch of points expires 12 months after it's added, so there's always a reason to make something new.

How do the tiers work?

Your tier follows what you've spent with us since you joined. Bonus points for your account, reviews, posts or birthday don't count. Refined starts at €250, Fired at €600, Polished at €1,200. Every tier earns more points on each order, and extras like free shipping apply automatically while you're signed in.

Can I combine points with a discount code?

Yes. Points are store credit, which counts as a payment method rather than a discount, so they work alongside codes.

I don't live in the EU. Does it work for me?

Yes. You earn and spend points in the currency you shop in.

What if I return something?

Points are only added for items you keep. If a return comes in after the points were added, we take them back off.
